Ranking Factor scores with diagonal lines through them indicate that those scores are estimated based upon your representative URL, rather than the actual score of your URL. Basically, if you choose "A page like" when entering your URLs, CanIRank will calculate how competitive the URL you entered would be if it were targeting that keyword. In order to do that we modify the data used in the predictions to reflect what we think the scores would be if a page like that were targeting that particular keyword.
